Sushi course for profesionals

The course is for cooks and restaurant staff who want to start preparing sushi professionally. The course takes place in the restaurant and takes one or more days. The aim of the course is not only to teach the cooks how to prepare sushi, but also to give them valuable information about serving sushi, how to ensure excellent quality, where to obtain the raw materials and dishes, how to take care of them etc. We also offer assistance with preparing the menu and the optimization of the restaurant operation.

The course has three levels: beginner, advanced and master. The master level is taught by the sushi master Yuki Omaki. After the course, the cooks receive a certificate. After half a year we come for inspection when the instructor helps to fine-tune the details in the preparation of sushi.
